This multi-media, interactive workshop takes a deep dive into human behaviour by reflecting on how this pandemic has leveled our playing field. No country is immune to this virus – and we’re all in this together. Our 7 pm applause for health care workers connects us through compassion and gratitude.

When you think about how we treat one another now versus how we’ve treated one another throughout history – there’s a lot to unpack!  We might notice racism against Chinese people escalating, or blame being placed on Jewish people for ‘creating’ the virus (it’s true…antisemitism is still very much alive).

Using Voices into Action (a free, online human rights teaching resource) and other resources, we’ll place a critical lens on human behaviour, discrimination, and societal patterns of hate and bias. The ultimate goal is to remain united throughout this pandemic and to sustain this goodwill to humanity long after Covid19 is no longer a threat.

I look forward to Zooming with you!
