Join senior leaders from K-12 e-learning programs, government, post-secondary, and industry in an opening panel discussion, moderated by CANeLearn, on lessons from other jurisdictions. The focus will begin with a brief look at the impact of emergency remote teaching but broaden to discuss implications for the future of e-learning in Canada.

Find out how digital learning programs have evolved and innovative practices have begun to inform new learning models and approaches. Implications of funding for programs combined with emerging blended learning models will be discussed within this broader perspective. The session will also explore notions of post-pandemic schooling.

Consider what other school district leaders are wrestling with and how researchers, cross-Canada education leaders, and industry representatives can help us to inform the future of digital learning across Canada.

Panel members include:
  • BC education district and school leaders
  • Cross-Canada education representatives
  • Post-secondary K-12 researchers
  • Education industry leaders
  • Moderator: CANeLearn CEO, Randy LaBonte
