Helen Novak Lauscher is the unit’s Associate Lead, Research. Her research foci include participatory community-based health research, digital health literacy, knowledge translation in health, and program evaluation. Her work with Digital Emergency Medicine involves leading an interdisciplinary research team working on projects related to: Technology-enabled innovations in health practice and education contexts; and digital health innovation and collaborative partnerships to support patients as they transition from acute to community contexts. Helen holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology with particular focus on human learning, development and culture.
